Recycled glove packaging
HALYARD* Nitrile Glove cases are made with up to 99% recycled pulp and our glove dispensers with up to 85% recycled materials.
Sustainable Forestry Initiative® certified
Our Halyard* mask packaging is SFI®-certified, using paper from responsibly managed forests.
Waste Reduction

Antwerp – Solar Energy Leadership
Our EMEA products are stored in Antwerp, Belgium, at a warehouse
powered by one of Europe’s largest rooftop solar installations.
Generating more energy than it consumes, the site contributes directly to our Scope 2 reduction and Net Zero goal.
Kells – 100% Renewable Electricity
Our Kells site in Ireland is powered entirely by certified renewable energy
reinforcing our low-carbon supply chain and commitment to responsible, sustainable operations.
Diegem – Sustainable Mobility
In Diegem, Belgium, our teams champion sustainability through initiatives like the Cycle to Work Challenge, World Car Free Day, and daily ESG engagement. These efforts strengthen our ESG culture and help reduce Scope 3 emissions from
commuting.
To effectively manage the implementation of our ESG strategy, Owens & Minor developed an ESG governance structure designed to define our framework and deliver on our commitments. The Governance & Nominating Committee of the Owens & Minor Board of Directors reviews and has oversight of the Company s ESG programs and practices. The Governance & Nominating Committee and full Board regularly receive reports on the progress of our ESG program. An ESG Governing Board, composed of members of the Executive Leadership Team and the Vice President of Corporate Relations, assists the Governance & Nominating Committee in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities with respect to ESG efforts; defines ESG priorities, objectives, and strategy; and oversees and coordinates the implementation of ESG initiatives. An ESG Steering Committee, composed of top line leadership from business segments across the organization, implements ESG priorities and recommends policies and practices that conform with our ESG strategy
