HG3 Cleanroom Gloves
The right cleanroom glove for every critical process
In a controlled environment, the glove protects the operator, keeps particles and extractables off the product, and holds its barrier against the chemicals in the room. The HALYARD* PUREZERO* HG3 range covers that work in nitrile and cream latex on one validated platform, so you can match the variant to your process with confidence.
- 6 variants
- Nitrile and cream latex
- ISO Class 3 or higher
- Category III PPE
One platform
What every HG3 glove shares
Whichever variant you choose, the manufacturing and quality platform underneath it is the same. The range is produced under one vertically integrated operation at the Safeskin facility in Thailand, certified to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001. Raw materials are traceable to their original supplier, and a single global product reference applies across manufacturing sites.
Clean processing
Washed repeatedly in deionised water to hold particles, extractables, and endotoxins low.
Low residual sensitisers
Formulated to minimise residual accelerators and contact sensitisers linked to type IV allergy.
Static dissipative
Static dissipative in use, tested to ANSI/ESD STM 15.1, for electronics and sensitive assembly.
Powder-free
Powder-free across the range to reduce particulate and protein transfer.
Cleanroom class
Recommended for ISO Class 3 or higher cleanrooms and clean zones.
Documented per lot
Certificate of Analysis and Certificate of Conformity available for every production lot.
Choose your material
Nitrile or cream latex, one HG3 platform
The range comes in two barrier materials on the shared HG3 platform. The difference is the material and the fit and feel that follow from it. Pick the branch that suits your process, then open its product page for full specifications and ordering.

- Five variants
- ISO 3+ / Grade A-D
HG3 Cream Sterile Latex

Standards
Validation and compliance
The HG3 range is certified as Category III personal protective equipment under Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and tested to the European standards that matter for cleanroom glove selection.
Dexterity and physical integrity
- EN ISO 21420:2020 Dexterity, classified at Level 5.
- EN 455-1 / 455-2 Freedom from holes and physical properties for single-use medical gloves.
Chemical and microbial protection
- EN ISO 374-1 Type B With 374-2, 374-4, and 374-5: protection against dangerous chemicals and micro-organisms, including viruses.
- EN 16523-1:2015+A1:2018 Determination of resistance to permeation.
